War of Galaxy - Nutzungsbedingungen

§1
To take part in War of Galaxy (WoG) it is necessary to agree to the terms of use which bear on the entire offer of WoG.

§2
You can terminate your membership at any time if you delete your account. In the exeptional case that your account has been suspended for reasons which are following further below on this page,the end of your suspension has to be awaited. If your account should be suspended for 1 year, you have the option to send an e-mail to our support-team via the savemail you entered in your ingame-options, requesting a change of your account-data (Ingame-nick, password, e-mail p.p.), to make sure that none of your data is logged on the game. This is a claim which lapses in case that your ingame-nick has already been changed by the WoG-Team, due to violation of §3.

§3
WoG is only offering its users a plaform to communicate, e.g. by using ingame-messages. Users are responsible for the content of this communication. Pornographic, racist, offensive content or such that violates applicable law can result in an immediate deletion or suspension of your account. Suspensions can also be temporarily, according to the seriousness of the deliquence.

§3.1
Users are not authorized to use any kind of software, machinery or script in connection with the WoG-website that could jabber the working of our site. Users are not allowed to take means which immoderately stress the traffic of our servers. It is not allowed to block or to modify any content of the page, generated by its provider, or to interfere into the functionality of the game in any other way.

WoG übernimmt keine Haftung für Schäden die durch die Benutzung von WoG entstanden sind. Schadensersatz ist in jedem Falle ausgeschlossen.

Users do not in principle qualify for WoG. The operator reserves his right to delete or suspend accounts of users who violate our terms of use or interfere into the game in any other way.

§6
No user is allowed to use more than one account actively at the same time, so called "multi-account-using" is restricted and can result in a deletion of your account through our operators.

§6.1
Account-sharing or sitting is restricted! In case of a longer period of absence, users can use the "Holiday-Mode", to save their account from hostile attacks.

§6.2
Each member of a family or a household is allowed to use one single account. Every interaction between these accounts (eg. any trade or delivery of resources) is restricted and leads to a suspension of the involved accounts.

§7
It is restricted to use any site of WoG in combination with any other program than your browser, particularly so called "bots" or other tools that displace the webinterface. ( the use of tools can be admitted by the operators of WoG, if the tools are available to the community as a whole).

In case that one of these paragraphs should be inoperative, it will not affect the validity of any other paragraph.

§9
The WoG-Team reserves its right to modify or extend the terms of use.

§10
WoG is a free game so users do not have a claim on the availability of our services.

§10.1
WoG is financed by the advertisement provided on our pages. The use of software which suspends advertisement is restricted.

§11
The WoG-Team reserves its right to save user´s data to identify multi-account-users or cheater.

§12
Every account and its resources and ships are virtual elements of the game, staying property of the provider of this page at any time. Every commercial disposal of resources, ships or the account and its login-data is restricted and could result in a suspension or deletion of the account.

§13
It is not allowed to create or register any IRC-channel containing the word "WoG" without the agreement of the WoG-Team.

§14
With your registration, you allow us to save your e-mail-address and send you newsletter or information. If you do not want us to send you our newsletter, you can demand us to do so by mailing to support@warofgalaxy.com

§15
By using WoG, you automatically agree to our terms of use.
